New Delhi: Bank of Baroda has contributed Rs. 2,00,16,000 to the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund (AFFDF), managed by the Kendriya Sainik Board under the Ministry of Defence, as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts.

Support for Children of Ex-Servicemen and Martyrs

The contribution will be used to provide educational scholarships to 834 children of ex-servicemen, martyrs, and their widows. The initiative aims to reduce financial barriers and promote access to quality education for beneficiaries.

Cheque Handover Ceremony

The cheque was handed over by Ms Beena Vaheed, Executive Director of Bank of Baroda, to Shri D. S. Basera, VSM, Secretary of the Kendriya Sainik Board.

The event was attended by Shri M. V. S. Sudhakar, General Manager and Zonal Head of Bank of Baroda, New Delhi Zone.
